Important Note/Terms -
How do sessions work? What's a session?
Session count is a record of the number of times a user visits your website within a given month. A cookie on the visitor's browser is used to track the user's activity between the time they enter your domain and the time they leave. Each time a user initiates a session, a session counter increments for that user.
For example, if User A comes to your site for the first time on the 1st of January, that user's session count is 1. If the user closes the page or is off the internet and comes back on the 2nd of January, the session count is 2, and so on for each subsequent return. If the user is inactive for more than 5 hours, then the session gets expired.
How do you calculate the number of visitors?
We do not count visitors, we count the number of sessions. Please check the previous answer. However, we will be launching our Website Analytics module in due course, which shall provide more specific details of visitor activity on your website.
How do you calculate websites?
You shall pre-register the website address under Settings > Channels > “Websites”.
Who can sign up?
Anyone with a business / corporate email id can signup at Jikoo. The first to register from a company is the super admin. Other members with same domain email can only be added to the same account. Refer below for more information.
What are users?
All users who are associated with the company and share the same email domain name. For example, abc@mystar.com & xyz@mystar.com make it to 2 users who belong to the same company.
Once a user registers with one company email address, the same user email address cannot be added to a different company for example abc@mystar.com can only be part of Company 'MyStar' and cannot be added to a new company called John & Co.
The very first user who registers to Jikoo.io - is added automatically as Super Admin for the company, subsequent users can only be added by the Super Admin directly inside Jikoo.io under Settings > User Management
How safe is my data?
We take security seriously, our servers are hosted in world-class data centres. We ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.
How can I buy additional sessions? What's the validity of a pack?
You can buy additional sessions by making payment & these sessions are valid for 6 months.
What integrations are part of the LTD?
We are working on lots of integrations, some of these will be free and some will be chargeable. We shall share this information when we go live with a specific integration.
Are there other fees involved for using WhatsApp?
Currently, we support Twilio integration, you need to set up your WhatsApp business number and share the same with us. Twilio’s charges can be found on their website. Jikoo will be charging $100 per month per WhatsApp channel.
Do you Support Other Languages?
Not currently, but it is there in our Roadmap.
Are Websites supported with Widgets?
Jikoo can connect with any website, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace and Webflow,
We will soon be launching our Android SDK (Currently available as beta), React Native, Flutter and iOS SDK
How to install the Jikoo chatbot?
The code snippets should be added to the head of the HTML code. You can also check our help guides for detailed steps and video guides.
The snippet can also be added through Google Tag Manager. Also, check this link for more details.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan by purchasing any of the higher LTD plans from PitchGround as long as your purchase is under the 60-days refund period and until the deal is live.
Can I import and export contacts into the CRM?
Yes, you can. We have a feature on our roadmap that should allow you to do this in bulk. For now, you can send us a request and we will do it manually for you.
How does WhatsApp ticketing work?
