How do I add or remove users?
Adding your team to Fieldproxy is easy. It's quick, unbelievably simple, and only takes a few clicks. There are two ways you can add your team, actually - manually add a member, or just upload your entire employee data to the app. Let's take a look at both:
Manual Addition
To manually add a user/employee to the team, just navigate to the Teams page and click on the "Add User" icon. Notice how a form slides into view? Use that form to fill out information about the employee/user you want to add to the team.
Click on the "Add User" button and voila, you're done! We recommend using this whenever you want to quickly add an employee or two to the database. If you're looking to add employees in bulk, we recommend importing the data.
Importing Users
To add multiple users/employees to your team in one go, just follow the same procedure and navigate to the Teams page. Instead of clicking on the "Add User" icon, click on the "Import Users" cloud icon.
In the form that slides in, you have an option to upload the employee data as a spreadsheet. Choose the file you want to get the user data from. You can see a list of fields pop into view.
Just map the column names from the default table to the column names in the spreadsheet, and click on "Add User".
Can I turn on battery optimization to save battery?
While we do support saving battery life, when battery optimization is turned ON, managers will not be able to track employee data accurately when the phone is locked.
How do I filter reports?
Downloading your team's sales records is as easy as clicking a couple of buttons.
I need to change work timings for my account. Can I do that? How?
Yes, that is entirely possible, and you can do it from the Settings panel of your web app. On the left panel of the app, you can find Settings as an option. Click on it.
Once in, you will be able to see the default work timings logged in for your organisation. To change it, click on Edit on the top right section of the view. In the Edit option, you can select the work timings for your organisation.

I feel like the Fieldproxy app is slowing down over time?
If you’re facing a slow response from the Fieldproxy app, kindly clear your app’s cache. You can do this by going to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Fieldproxy > Storage > Clear Cache. If the issue still persists, we advise you to uninstall and reinstall the app.
My battery is draining fast. What should I do?
This is a common issue with all mobile apps, especially if you have location tracking enabled. But if you’re facing a tremendous drop in battery after installing the app, we suggest writing to us here or sending an email to support@fieldproxy.com.
