A few thoughts on the above
For me personally the above table doesn't give full justice to Wishlist member as the value proposition it truly is. Even though Member Mouse starts at just under $20 per month, they recommend you go for their advanced plan which is $99 per month. For this you will get all the features you would get with Wishlist Member apart from a few fancy features like one click upsells which can be done with Wishlist member too depending on your shopping cart solution.

Wishlist Member Alternatives?
There are many alternatives to Wishlist Member but to find one of the same high quality feature list and customization options you will pay a premium in the form of a monthly fee.
The standout option here is Member Mouse(also a WordPress plugin) which starts from $19.95 per month for 1,000 members. You can pay over $599 per month for Member Mouse to have unlimited members compared to getting this in Wishlist Member for $197 one time. I find it difficult to recommend Member Mouse over Wishlist Member considering the redesign Wishlist is getting to make it easier to use.
Do I recommend Wishlist Member?
I would have recommended Wishlist Member in the past before they released version 3 but with the release of version 3 coming soon and the updates they have made to the user interface it now becomes a no-brainer.
Most other competent membership plugins require a monthly membership fee but not so with Wishlist Member, you pay the one time price and you have it for life on your WordPress website. This is a big plus in my book.
The only downfall to Wishlist Member in the past was its ease of use and clunky setup but when you see what they are doing with version 3 it will be a breath of fresh air for you webmasters and I can no longer hold this point against them when recommending it to you.
